Nu Horizons of Southern Minnesota’s mission is to provide outstanding and compassionate care and services to all of the clients we serve in our homes. Our staff takes pride in our person- centered approach to meet our clients daily needs and help them with their challenges.
Our clients feel happy, safe and comfortable in their homes knowing that our staff are there to help improve and enhance their quality of life and support them in their daily needs.

What We Do
Nu Horizons of Southern Minnesota is a licensed corporate adult foster care provider. We provide room and board along with 24 hour care for adults with disabilities including: TBI, mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and cognitive disabilities. We also serve clients with a history of chemical dependence.
Our staff is trained in providing the best care possible and does so in a caring and person-centered way.
